A = Miyuki 11/0 seed bead
B = 4mm crystal

Start by waxing and stretching your thread, use Nymo D or C-Lon & a #11 or #12 beading needle. Tie in a “stopper” bead, leaving about an 8” tail and begin at step #1. *Fireline 4 or 6lb. crystal fishing line also works great for bead weaving.
step 1   1. Pick up 12A, go with thread up through the 1st A bead added.
step 2   2. Pick up 9A, make a circle and go with thread forward through the 1st & 2nd A beads just added in this step.
step 3   3. Pick up 11A, go with thread down through the 5th A bead added in step #1 (first time) or the 4th A bead added in Step #10, (every time after)



 
step 4  

4. Pick up 1B, 8A, go with thread down through the 5th A bead added in step #3 and up through the 8th A bead just added in this step.

step 5

Pick up 11A, 1B, 6A, go with thread up through the 4th through 8th A beads added in step #4, down through the 1st & 2nd A beads just added in this step, up through the 7th & 8th A beads, step #4, down through the 1st A bead just added in this step, up through the 8th A bead, step #4 and down through the 1st A bead just added in this step, pull up snug.

step 6  

6. Pick up 1A, go with thread down through the 1st through 5th A beads added in step #5.

step 7  

7. Pick up 3A, 1B, 7A, go with thread up through the A bead added in step #6.

8. Pick up 5A, go with thread down through the 5th A bead added in step #3, up through the 8th A bead added in step #4, down through the 1st A bead added in step #5 and up through the A bead added in step #6.

step 9  

9. Pick up 10A, go with thread down through the 1st A bead (of the 7A),
step #7.

step 10  

10. Pick up 7A, go with thread up through the 7th A bead added in step #9.

11. Pick up 7A, make a circle and go with thread down through the 5th & 6th A beads added in step #9, and up through the 1st & 2nd A beads just added in this step.

12. Continue necklace by repeating steps #3 though #11 until you reach the length that you want, then finish at the next step

To add clasp, Pick up 3A, clasp, 3A, go with thread up through 2 beads in necklace, continue with thread around through the clasp and necklace beads a couple of times, then weave in and end your thread. Repeat clasp directions in the same manner on the other end, after removing the stopper bead.
